The price and value can't be beat. Love the Che and Banh mi. Save your money and go here instead of Che Hien Khanh.

Gosh, I haven't been here in ages. It has been a good 10 years hiatus. I still like their buy-2-get-1 free desserts and banh mi. The freshly made banh cuon made by auntie Le is awesome too. All the ladies were very helpful and nice. Food is freshly made.

Can't get a better deal on your Bahn mi than this!!! Buy 2 get 1 free. $12 for 3 sandwiches. Ugh seriously can't get a better deal than that. They also have other stuff other than Bahn mi. I recommend getting the bbq Bahn mi

This is still the best Banh mi place in Cali, no other places has ever compared. I've been eating here since I was a kid and still search for it every where I go. The Banh mi bread is fluffy and airy, just the right amount of crispness and aroma. The combo is the classic, but there's lots of other flavors to choose from. It's extremely affordable and I remember the days were it was just a few dollars. Nowadays, it's $6 for a sandwich. There's still a great deal of buying 3 banh mi and get 1 free. The best part is the che or dessert and the other goodies. It's great because waiting in line allows you time to pick up some other goodies. The milk tea options are also fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Traditional viet food and very busy with locals. They have multiple locations for their Buy 2 Get 1 Free Banh Mi deals. Each is $6 now, up from $3 before but still a great price. 3 banh mi's will be $4 each with their deal. BBQ Pork is the go-to in my opinion, but they have an array of options for your personal taste.

This always has been my go to for banh mi when I'm in garden grove. I love their buy 2 get 1 free deals. Their other items like the sesame balls with sweet beans inside or the spring rolls are also good. And of course their vietnamese coffee. Their bread is all so good too!

This is the original Banh Mi spot i grew up eating w my parents. Their banh mi are decently good w their pickled diakon n carrots, fresh baguettes and jalapeno, cilantro. You may request the veggies on the side. They offer not just Banh mi but love the bakery. Have so much to choose from. Baked Vietnamese popular goods, baguettes, Vietnamese Che and other ready to go hot foods pre packaged along w spring rolls too. Prices are decent for Banh mi especially when it's buy 2 get 1 free. Their known promo. Can't go wrong with that deal. Bakery set up is a little bit old school, not up to date with any type of ambiance. Literally a fast food to go Vietnamese shop. The service and associate are nice. English barrier might be hard since majority is all Viet workers. So bare with the communication. Located in the same plaza shopping strip with lots of other eateries businesses such as SunMerry, Boiling Point, Boiling Crab, Sunright boba & many many more. Lots of parking available. Definitely recommended. Only con is parking might be a little difficult to find but have patience. Usually someone is always leaving.

My friends in OC all say this is the shop to be for really good and cheap banh mi. So I decided to check one of the locations out when I was there one day! The location that I went to is located in between a T-Mobile store and a hair salon in the Garden Grove Shopping Plaza. There is a parking lot with ample stalls. The banh mi sandwiches were buy 2, get 1 free. So my total was only $12 for three banh mis! WHAT A STEAL. I got their Dac Biet Thit Cha (Ham & Meat Loaf), Thit Nuong (BBQ Pork), and Xiu Mai (Meat Balls). The banh mi were a really good size and had a ton of protein and vegetable fillings. They were quite good! Definitely loved their dac biet thit cha and would order it again next time. I left a sandwich in the fridge, and it was still sooo good. I'm thoroughly impressed! They have other foods as well as small premade snacks on the side. The prices are soooo cheap! I love that as it's a Vietnamese convenience shop with grab and go snacks and foods! Definitely will be back for more banh mi in the future especially for such amazing prices. Would love to try other things in the future as well! P.S. If you pay with a credit card with a total less than $20, you'll get charged an extra $1.

Affordable banh mi and to go options. This is a banh mi chain with che, bubble tea, and some Vietnamese classics. I tend to come to this location because they offer a variety of foods to go. They look freshly packed due to quick turn around times. It's always packed but the lines go by quick. Banh Mi's and che are buy 2 get 1 free. Their prices are the cheapest around town when you factor the free item. The bread is fresh, lots of meat and toppings. The che is delicious. Love their 3 color dessert which comes with more ingredients compared to other places. I've eaten some of their to go items and enjoyed the rice and chicken and Chao long. However, the fried items are too oily. The boba here is cheaper but way too sweet. It's a small little shop but they turn around a lot of food. There are 2-3 cashiers and 1-2 at the desert station taking orders and filling orders. They only speak Vietnamese but understand a little bit of English. They accept credit cards. This is just a togo shop with no where to sit and eat your food.
